Linda's Story

The Fairy Godmother Foundation of New York, Inc.™ was created in 2017 to honor the legacy of an extraordinary young woman, Linda Shohatee (1997-2016). Linda spent more than half of her life in hospitals, and despite the obstacles she faced, her story is one of strength and tenacity. Linda saw herself as a “survivor,” and was relentless in her determination to live life to its fullest.
