Free Eye Exam Clinic
In Collaboration With
The Fairy Godmother Foundation of New York, Inc.™ Dream Vision Program is pleased to sponsor a 2 day program providing FREE eye exams and eye glasses to children and families without insurance or who are otherwise unable to access quality vision care due to physical or mobility concerns. This event is occurring at the Viscardi School in Roslyn, NY in partnership with VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® and Vision Works™.
The Fairy Godmother Foundation of New York, Inc.™ makes dreams come true to improve the quality of life of individuals living with medical, physical, mental health, or developmental challenges and supports other organizations serving these populations.
